WHAT I DO STILL DO FOR FUN

TODAY

I drive throughout far northern California and southern Oregon in a battered but beloved light truck named "The Graymobile". When not tent camping, the Graymobile is my home away from home. The coldest morning that I awakened to was 13 degrees F. when I was at an elevation of 5,200 feet, northeast of Mount Shasta. Sometimes, I even encounter a bit of snow.

Managing cold weather is simply a matter of preparing well and wearing the right clothing. Do it right and it all pays off through the lens of the camera.
